Practice Manager – Orthodontics

Empowered Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Practice Manager to join our team.

• Strong background in orthodontics and dental procedures; knowledge of various orthodontic treatments, such as braces, aligners, and retainers, essential in guiding patients through their transformative journeys. Educate and empower patients, helping them understand the importance of orthodontic care and the positive impact it can have on their lives.
• Lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Exceptional communication skills will be crucial in building strong relationships with both patients and team members.
• Prioritize creating a stress‑free environment for patients; ensure every interaction is a positive and uplifting experience, making patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their orthodontic journey.
• Integrate mindfulness practices into the office, such as deep‑breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, to enhance the overall patient experience.

• Active Tennessee RDA License
• Radiology Certification
• Current CPR Certification2+ years in orthodontics/dental required
