Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Project Architect located in Franklin, TN. This individual will be responsible for managing all phases of architectural projects, including design and construction documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, design, coordination, production, ensuring plans comply with building regulations, and overseeing the delivery of a quality product. The role requires coordination with consultants and contractors, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines while maintaining high design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit - both design & production
• Experience with managing project budgets, schedules, and teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and licensure preferred (or, underway)
• Knowledge in navigating building codes and regulations (adapting to a variety of jurisdictions)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team setting
