Job Role s and Responsibilities
Manage multiple architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Supervise and coordinate internal staff and external consultants.
Prepare and review construction documents.
Develop Building Information Models (BIM) and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Coordinate engineering consultants to produce technically accurate construction documents.
Monitor project progress and report schedules and budgets to leadership.
Ensure quality control of plans, specifications, and project documentation.
Evaluate and coordinate architectural and engineering consultants.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
Mentor junior staff and provide project leadership.
Present project updates and participate in client meetings.
Ensure compliance with Life Safety Codes, building codes, and project specifications.
Qualifications and CertificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager.
Commercial project management experience required.
Experience managing residential projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of Life Safety Codes, Building Codes, and specification writing.
Strong design and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Accredited degree in Architecture preferred.
Architectural License (Registered Architect) preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
LEED Accreditation preferred.
Medical facility project experience is a plus.
