Physician - OB​/GYN

Barton Associates is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN physician for an 18-day locum tenens assignment at a multi-specialty clinic in Tennessee. Starting on 07/04/2025, this position requires expertise in deliveries and C-sections for pregnancies over 35 weeks. The schedule involves weekend coverage, typically Friday 4 PM to Monday 7 AM, for two weekends per month. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with 24-hour call for deliveries and C-sections in a Nursery setting.

This opportunity offers the potential for extension and requires an active Tennessee medical license. The facility uses Cerner EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide obstetrical care for pregnancies over 35 weeks

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Cerner EMR

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures

• Participate in patient care and treatment planning

Additional Information:

• Must be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Active Tennessee medical license required

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred
