Fire Instructor

Williamson County Government is seeking a Fire Instructor to support the Office of Public Safety by coordinating and delivering fire service training for volunteer and career personnel throughout Williamson County. This position conducts classroom and hands‑on training, develops lesson plans and instructional materials, coordinates training schedules and logistics, maintains training records and equipment, and responds to emergency incidents during regular duty hours as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tennessee Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) license or higher.
• Three (3) years of fire service experience.
• Tennessee Commission on Firefighting (TNFFC) Firefighter II certification.
• Tennessee Commission on Firefighting (TNFFC) Fire Instructor I certification.
