Instructional Designer

Location (city, state):
Franklin, TN, Hybrid 3 days onsite, two days remote

Compensation: 80k-90k

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning content for leadership development and broader business initiatives
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and translate them into effective instructional materials
• Create scalable, in-house training programs as the organization does not rely on external, off-the-shelf content
• Facilitate leadership development sessions and deliver training to various levels across the business
• Support and collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager on strategy and execution of training initiatives
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on leadership development
• Proven ability to both design and facilitate training programs
• Experience working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, in-house development environment
