Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Loan Counselor Trainer to conduct and manage new hire training sessions and prepare associates for their identified Loan Counselor level. You will function as the Floor Coach during training bays and throughout the careers of Loan Counselors.
You will observe performance, identify coaching opportunities, and provide feedback, develop and facilitate training for gaps, and update content accordingly, while coaching one-on-one.
