WMH Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support our customers, technicians, and service operations team.

If you've worked in service dispatching, service writing, customer support, automotive service, fleet maintenance, equipment service, heavy equipment, construction equipment, or industrial operations, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

In this role, you'll help coordinate technician schedules, manage service work orders, communicate with customers, support billing and documentation, and keep service operations moving efficiently.

Simply put: you'll be one of the key people helping customers get the support they need and helping technicians stay productive in the field.

When a customer's equipment is down, every minute matters. This position serves as the connection point between:

• Customers
• Field Service Technicians
• Parts Personnel
• Branch Operations
• Service Leadership

Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep moving pieces aligned directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and overall service performance.
