Overview

Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Contract Account Leaders to identify and lead projects enhancing the specialized supply chain for VIP customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement for superior execution and an exceptional VIP customer experience.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of assigned process improvement projects within the specialized supply chain.
  • Utilize lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop or streamline current workflows and improve supply chain performance for VIP customers.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows specific to the VIP supply chain.
  • Develop change management strategies and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present key findings and project outcomes to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of best practices related to the specialized supply chain and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Remote eligible up to 3 days per week.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive, post‑bachelor’s experience in continuous improvement engineering or a related occupation.
  • Experience with DMAIC and Six Sigma tool sets.
  • Managing continuous improvement projects.
  • Creating and maintaining PFMEAs.
  • Creating and updating time standards for production lines using MTM2 methodology.
  • Expert level in 5S initiatives and lean concepts.
  • Performing quarterly EPEI calculations for subassembly lines and organizing VSM Kaizen events.
  • Using supply chain processes related to order management and manufacturing.
  • Manufacturing experience on technical Low Voltage Switchboards, Low Voltage Draw‑Out gear, Master‑Pact Breaker, or Medium Voltage switch gear equipment.
Compensation

US $117,600 – $176,400 per year (base pay and short‑term incentives). Compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States.
