Responsibilities include performing I/O checkouts, safety checks, device validation, and field wiring verification to ensure system readiness. The engineer configures, tests, and troubleshoots industrial network components and control systems.
Collaboration with various engineering teams is required to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Additionally, the role includes supporting system integration testing, documenting results, and training customer operations teams on system functionality.##
Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline, though equivalent hands-on experience is accepted. At least one year of experience in commissioning industrial automation, controls, or material handling systems is necessary. Applicants must be familiar with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens and possess experience with industrial field devices.
