Nex Gen Contracting, the self-perform arm of Gray, is seeking a Construction Layout Manager-Concrete Division in Franklin, TN. Lead layout and field engineering across the region, managing multiple crews, reviewing drawings, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with specs.
Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in field engineering/layout, strong proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D/BIM, Bluebeam and Procore, and be able to travel up to 75%. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
