Event Set-up & Strike Crew

Southern Events is a family-owned, party rental company based in Franklin, TN that rents tables, chairs, china, linens, etc for weddings, corporate events, and parties throughout Middle Tennessee. We are known for our distinct rentals, personalized service and happy clients. We are seeking an Event Setup & Strike Crew member that fits our culture, will be a team player and can support our growing company.

We are looking for positive, reliable people to fill weekday, weekend, day & night shifts helping with event set-up and breakdowns. We offer competitive hourly rate, flexible schedules.

Load and unload rental equipment onto delivery trucks

Transport inventory to and from event venues safely and on schedule

Set up and break down rental equipment according to event layouts

Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting in various environments

Communicate with clients and event staff on site to confirm setup details

Inspect and handle equipment carefully to maintain quality and organization

• Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs
• A High School Education is required
• Maintain a professional personal appearance
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly
• Shifts are available 7 days a week with day and late night shifts.
