Performing Arts Center House Manager (Part-Time)
Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time House Manager to assist with the general operations of the Williamson County Performing Arts Center at Academy Park. The House Manager plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests while supporting the Performing Arts Center management team during performances and events.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Performing Arts Center management team with the successful operation of performances and special events.
- Assist with ticketing and ticket-related activities.
- Oversee or assist with concession operations.
- Assist with ushering and audience seating.
- Support backstage hospitality and event needs.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patrons, performers, and staff.
- Communicate effectively with staff, performers, volunteers, and the public.
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Interest in and enthusiasm for live entertainment and events, including concerts, musical theatre, drama, and fine arts.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Part-time, up to 20-25 hours per week.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Schedule will vary based on performances, programs, and special events.
