Temp-Perm Accounting Manager

Our client, a PE backed, multi-entity organization, is seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to join the team immediately on a temp‑to‑perm basis during a pivotal transition period. The company is completing a separation from its former corporate parent and is in the process of converting its ERP system from Oracle to Net Suite, with go‑live scheduled for June 1, 2026.

Location: Cool Springs, TN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week)

• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations for a multi‑entity environment
• Play a lead role in the ERP implementation and post‑go‑live stabilization (Oracle to Net Suite)
• Partner closely with leadership on process improvements and operational transitions
• Provide hands‑on accounting support while managing and mentoring accounting staff
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting and systems‑related issues in a fast‑paced setting

• Prior accounting management experience required
• Strong technical accounting foundation with multi‑entity experience
• Proven involvement in system implementations or major ERP conversions
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated change management, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in the Cool Springs area
