Position Title: Paraplanner

The Paraplanner plays a critical role in supporting financial advisors by assisting with the development and maintenance of financial plans. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions efficiently. The Paraplanner will help streamline processes and enhance client experiences while contributing to the overall growth of the firm. • Assist advisors in building and updating financial plans and projections
• Collect and organize client financial information
• Prepare reports and materials for client meetings
• Support investment analysis, cash flow, retirement, and risk planning
• Handle account paperwork, openings, and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records in planning and CRM systems
• Communicate with clients to gather information and follow up

• 3-5+ years of experience as a paraplanner
• Series 65/66 or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with industry‑specific software is ideal
• Experience in financial services as a paraplanner
• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• Medical coverage at 80% after 90 days of employment
