Process daily cash receipts, including lockbox payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and checks using Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP.;
Review and post high volumes of payments, including 100+ daily transactions.;
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash to maintain accurate financial records.;
Prepare and complete deposit reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank deposits and system entries.;
Maintain and generate cash receipt reports to support financial tracking and reporting.
