This full-time, on-site Title Processor role is located in Middle Tennessee, TN. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing title documents, coordinating escrow activities, managing title commitments, and assisting in the closing process. The Title Processor will interact with clients, realtors, and loan officers to ensure transactions are handled accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with clients and partners
• Proficiency with Escrow and Notary processes
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• High attention to detail and effective organizational skills
• Familiarity with real estate and title industry practices is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in a related field is preferred
