Financial Analyst – Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area)

The Financial Analyst will assist the Finance Department with financial modeling, financial diligence, and additional analytics for D4C. The role will interface with multiple departments within D4C. It is a fast‑paced position with a high degree of responsibility and accountability, and is a key component in executing the company's growth strategy. The Analyst will also assist with projects surrounding the growth of the company.

Bachelor's degree required.

1–2 years in financial analytics, M&A, or public accounting.

• Willingness to travel within the U.S. to visit dental practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Expert with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and P&Ls.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Must be a self‑starter with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make independent decisions through detailed analysis.
• Willingness and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Want to understand the business and how it builds.
