Tax Manager

We are partnering with a growing organization at a key inflection point to hire a dedicated Tax Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team of two, own the tax strategy, serve as the primary liaison with a Big 4 firm, advise leadership on tax implications across the business, and oversee investment reporting.

• Lead and manage a tax team of two.
• Own and execute the organization’s tax strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison with the external Big 4 firm.
• Advise leadership on tax implications across all business functions.
• Provide oversight of investment reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Licensed CPA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong ability to operate independently and think strategically.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually.

Bonus: up to 15 % of base salary.
