Our integrated capabilities span due diligence, residential and commercial valuation, collateral and risk analytics, process and technology optimization, and regulatory compliance.

• SLA Oversight:
  Monitor the daily pipeline (≈125 loans) to ensure all packages are delivered to end investors within 2 business days of closing.
• Suspense Escalation:
  Serve as the subject‑matter expert for hard‑to‑clear suspense conditions, working directly with investors to resolve issues within a 24‑hour target window.
• Quality Governance:
  Conduct side‑by‑side coaching with Specialists and review QC reports to identify recurring errors in the 45‑minute audit process.
• Pipeline Management:
  Allocate loan files among 14 Specialists based on complexity and daily volume spikes.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify bottlenecks in the delivery workflow and implement solutions to reduce dwell time and investor kickbacks.

• 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Post‑Closing or Secondary Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex investor guidelines.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on high‑volume production and administrative accuracy.
