Utility UW Responsibilities/Expertise
- Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, (AVMs), Note, Closing Disclosure, Insurance, Title Commitment, Business Entity documents.
- Collecting required loan documentation from Borrower, Insurance company and Title company and submit loan to underwriting.
- Validation of required documents is in the loan file and is accurate.
- Must hold a degree.
- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Excellent logical and analytical skills.
- Suggest improvement ideas to current processes based on developed expertise.
- Demonstrate initiative and always maintain a high degree of professional conduct.
- Participate in team initiatives and actively contribute to team success.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
