EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are hiring Consultants
for our
TCF
practices:
Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory.
What We Look For:
- Strong analytical skills.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
in transaction services, financial audit, private equity or corporate finance. - Fluency in
English and French (both written and spoken). - Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
As a consultant, you will:
- Support the team in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
- Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers.
- Assist in preparing
detailed reports and presentations
for our clients. - Participate in
training and development programs
to enhance your technical and professional skills.
