Commercial Lending Manager - Team Lead

JCW Group has partnered with a growing regional bank as they’re seeking a Commercial Lending Manager to drive growth across an established market and lead a high-performing commercial banking team across Eastern Tennessee. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial lending, business deposit growth, treasury management initiatives, and the overall client experience for C&I and CRE businesses. The ideal candidate will be a proven commercial banking leader with strong relationship management skills, credit expertise, and a track record of success.

Location: Washington County, TN

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial bankers and relationship managers.
• Drive commercial loan, deposit, and treasury management growth throughout the market.
• Communicate strategic objectives and performance expectations while fostering a results-oriented culture.
• Manage key performance indicators and achieve individual and team production goals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective and existing client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate commercial credit opportunities while ensuring sound credit quality and policy adherence.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of commercial banking relationship management experience and 3+ years of leadership or management experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, underwriting, credit analysis, and loan structuring.
• Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
