Associate​/Sr. Associate, Project Finance

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Coordinate all due diligence review and delivery with internal and external stakeholders;
• Create and manage project finance data sites and closing checklists;
• Update, maintain, and create internal reporting and tracking tools;
• Coordinate closely with the numerous project stakeholders to track and manage project closings;
• Update financial modeling assumptions
• Review technical or legal documents at a high level, with more detail as experience grows
• Manage and coordinate construction loan draw processes and milestone fundings with internal/external stakeholders

• Prioritizes work in order to meet project goals and deadlines;
• Other duties as assigned.
• The position will require heavy interaction and coordination with internal (engineering, project development, project management, counsel, accounting, etc.) and external (financing parties, insurance consultants, independent engineers, counsels, etc.) stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated skill in partnering with external and internal stakeholders to execute on cross-functional work streams, and be able to communicate complicated and technical points clearly both verbally and in writing.
