The Corporate Finance Senior Manager is a key leader and subject matter expert who supports enterprise financial analysis, transactions, and strategic decision-making. This role oversees integrated financial modeling, financial requests from investors, lenders, executives, and the Board, as well as pro forma and transaction analysis. The position leads financial diligence and Quality of Earnings support while translating financial and general ledger data into decision-ready insights.

The Corporate Finance Senior Manager partners with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, Business Development, executive leadership, and external advisors to support key financial decisions.

• Own and maintain integrated financial models and develop scenario, sensitivity, cash flow, valuation, and transaction analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Respond to investor, lender, rating agency, Board, and executive financial requests with accurate, consistent, and decision-ready analysis.
• Lead corporate finance work streams for acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, Quality of Earnings activities, and other strategic initiatives.
