The City of Franklin seeks a Zoning Administrator to interpret and apply the adopted Zoning Ordinance and Floodplain Regulations under limited supervision. You will review building, development, and site plans for zoning and floodplain compliance and supervise zoning enforcement planners.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of municipal zoning experience, plus knowledge of FEMA floodplain regulations; ASFPM certification is preferred.
