• Hourly Pay Progression
  • $12.00 starting
  • $12.50 at 6 months
  • $13.00 at 18 months
• Commission Opportunities
  • 10% on Product + Tool Sales (Products range from $14–$295)
  • 20% on Add-On Services (From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
  • $5–$10 per Membership Sold

We’re searching for stylists who are:

• Passionate about blowouts, styling, and client experience
• Excited to be part of a team-first, positive culture
• Motivated to learn, grow, and elevate their skills
• Ready to bring great energy to every shift

Requirements:

• Active TN cosmetology, braider, or barber license
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Key Business Dates aka Blackout Dates

• Valentine’s Day
• CMA Fest (June)
  CMA Awards (November)
• Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)

Dress Code: casual + chic. Black, White, Grey, Yellow + Denim.
