• Available to work on-site and off-site weddings and parties
• Love making people feel beautiful, special, and valued
• Collaborate well with team members in a fun, professional work environment in a salon
• Understand the importance of maintaining a squeaky-clean work environment when working as a stylist
• Available to attend free training sessions to become certified in the Blo signature styles

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for Florida (if you're in the process of getting your license, we still want to meet you!)
• The ability to work holidays (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve)
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, and making people feel beautiful
• Salon experience is an asset, but not required

• Participate in hands-on & virtual training to learn the Blo techniques, product knowledge and signature styles
• Provide each guest with our signature Pink Carpet experience from greeting to goodbye
