As a Trauma Sales Representative at Surgi Cor, you will:

• Serve as a trusted partner to surgeons, OR staff, and hospital teams
• Support trauma cases in real time with professionalism and composure
• Master product knowledge to confidently guide surgical teams
• Manage and maintain detailed inventory control
• Build long-term relationships rooted in credibility and service
• Grow and protect your territory through accountability and performance
• Represent Surgi Cor’s values in every interaction

This is a role for someone energized by chaos — someone who can walk into an OR and confidently support life‑saving procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare and/or sales experience
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with inventory management
• Confidence in high‑pressure OR and emergency room environments
• Ability to build authentic, long‑term professional relationships
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and doing business the right way
• Flexibility to support cases and meetings outside traditional hours
