Employment Type: Full‑time (30+ hrs/week)

Location: Remote, Tennessee (CST time zone)

We are seeking a talented, patient‑focused individual to join our growing team as a Precertification Specialist
.

• Contact insurance companies and third‑party administrators to determine pre‑authorization and/or medical necessity requirements for outpatient radiology exams and procedures.
• Obtain pre‑authorization before scheduled services are performed.
• Act as a liaison between the patients and referring physician offices when needed to obtain additional clinical documentation.
• Fully Remote – Working in CST time zone.

• Background in healthcare preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical billing and managed care.
• Background with eClinical
  
  Works Practice Management System preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and management staff.
• Excellent phone and computer skills.

The hourly range for this position is $18–$21.
