Overnight Caregiver

Hospice Caregiver – Weekend Overnights (6p–6a) | Franklin, TN

We are hiring an experienced caregiver to support a hospice client who is fully bed bound
. This overnight role requires a calm, steady professional who is confident providing total care and maintaining a peaceful environment throughout the night.

Schedule

• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Consistent weekly assignment
• Must be reliable and able to commit to full 12 hour overnight shifts

Client Care Needs

This client requires complete bed bound support
, including:

• Dementia appropriate communication and reassurance
• Bed bound oral care
• Changing bed sheets with an occupied bed
• Full bed baths
• Repositioning, comfort care, and skin integrity monitoring
• Nighttime safety, supervision, and calm presence
• Assistance with feeding or hydration if needed
• Maintaining a quiet, supportive overnight environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with hospice
  , dementia
  , and bed bound care
• Confidence performing all aspects of personal care for a fully dependent client
• Professional communication and a patient, steady demeanor
• High reliability — this client depends on consistent overnight support
• Ability to follow care plans and coordinate with family and care team

Requirements

• Hands on caregiving experience with bed‑bound clients
• Ability to perform occupied bed changes and full bed baths
• Clean background check
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance
• Professionalism, maturity, and compassion
• 18 years or older
