Role Overview :

As a Lead Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care - Franklin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care and support to our clients. In this role, you’ll closely collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality in-home care services that prioritize individual choices and dignity. Whether you work on-site in Williamson County, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the lives of those we serve positively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional personal care and support to clients.

Cover last minute callouts and schedule changes.

Train and mentor new caregivers, fostering a supportive environment.

Communicate clearly and effectively with office staff and families.

Maintain professional standards in every home to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Strong caregiving skills and confidence in providing personal support.

Full open availability, capable of adapting to any shift, any day, and last minute changes.

Ability to adapt quickly and stay organized in fast-paced environments.

Professional communication skills and a reliable work ethic.

Reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance

Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a criminal background check.

Employment Type

& Availability:

This position requires full availability, covering shifts any day of the week.

Guarenteed 30+ hours/week after a probationary period

Location:

This position is on site only in Williamson County, Tennessee.
