Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and compassionate Caretakers to join the Helping Hearts team! This vital role involves providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Help residents with mobility, such as walking, transferring, and repositioning, following care plans.

• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in residents’ health, behavior, or appearance.

• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.

• Report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel immediately.

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.

• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines when handling resident information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in medication assistance is preferred.

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
