Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking a Private Duty Caregiver to support elderly and disabled clients in home settings. You will assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, following each client’s plan of care.
Reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, honesty and confidentiality are required. Various shifts available (full-time, part-time, 8/10/12-hour, PRN). Training and safety are emphasized.
