The Spa Host Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring each guest experiences a seamless, calming, and highly personalized spa journey consistent with the luxury service standards of Southall Farm & Inn. The Spa Host Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily spa operations while providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to the Spa Host team. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational flow, and adherence to Forbes-level hospitality standards.

The Spa Host Supervisor leads by example, maintains a tranquil environment, and assists in resolving guest needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent, regular attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain personal appearance and grooming standards consistent with Southall standards
  • Supervise and support Spa Hosts during daily operations
  • Lead by example in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience
  • Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed and properly oriented to spa facilities
  • Oversee spa arrival experience, lounge environment, and guest transitions
  • Provide guidance and real-time coaching to Spa Hosts as needed
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new Spa Hosts
  • Maintain a calm, gracious, and solutions-oriented presence at all times
  • Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Resolve guest complaints in a manner which promotes positive outcomes
  • Ensure spa spaces remain clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Monitor operational flow and communicate needs with Spa Manager and team
  • Support proper execution of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments
  • Cultivate and maintain staff morale and teamwork
  • Attend meetings as directed by Spa Leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Southall proprietary information
  • Maintain accurate property information through daily use of communication tools
  • Comply with all departmental and company policies
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Southall Leadership

  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
