The Banquet Bartender plays a key role in delivering elevated beverage service in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This position requires a polished and professional demeanor, strong knowledge of mixology, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. • Set up banquet bar stations according to event specifications and Southall standards, including proper stocking of all beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, take beverage orders, and prepare cocktails in accordance with standard recipes and portion control practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event; follow “clean as you go” and teamwork policies.
• Accurately follow all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring that all beverage requirements are met.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly secured and accounted for after each shift, including cash handling and bar breakdown procedures.
• Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and respond promptly to guest needs or special requests.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Polish glassware, prepare garnishes, and execute beverage service to Southall’s luxury standards.
• Communicate any guest feedback, challenges, or inventory needs efficiently and professionally.
