Valor Hospitality -  - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events like weddings, galas, and conferences to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution;
Collaborate with clients and other departments (sales and culinary), manage staff, and handle budgets;
Check BEOs and room setup to ensure directives are followed and communicate changes during events;
Prepare the area or room in its entirety for a function or event prior to guest arrival;
Recap banquet checks and ensure proper posting to master accounts; complete required paperwork and sign-in sheets; supervise staff and ensure post-event cleanup
