Overview
The ideal candidate would reside in Nashville and would be a hybrid employee working 2-3 days onsite in our Franklin office.
We would also consider candidates residing in either the East or Central time zones.
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner role strategically aligns HR initiatives with the business goals of Specialized Dental Partners and our Operations team. This role will act as a consultant to the Vice President of Operations, Operations Leaders, and Practice level teammates; and focus on performance management, talent development, resolving employee relations issues, organizational design, and ensuing consistency of HR practices. This position will have a close partnership with leaders across the organization and within the HR department.
The Senior HR Business Partner will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. Travel required as needed (
