Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location:
Franklin, TN
Job Type: Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7-4 hybrid.
Pay Range: $35-37 Per Hour
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across all business functions. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to deliver full‑cycle recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate is metrics‑driven, process‑focused, highly collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner collaboratively with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals
- Guide and advise business leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures
- Work cross‑functionally with Human Resources teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning
- Translate workforce plans into effective recruiting strategies using creative, cost‑effective, and timely approaches
- Educate hiring managers and HR partners on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and expectations
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) integrity while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and applicable employment laws
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional candidate experience by proactively managing expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing (Linked In, Indeed, etc.), candidate evaluation and interviewing, pre‑employment screening and onboarding.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology
- Workday Recruiting experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate environments
- Experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles
- Bachelor’s Degree required
