Overview
Summary:

- Manage the entire life cycle of 30, 60, & 90 evaluations for clinical & non-clinical roles as well as develop reporting for analysis
- Track participation and completion of LMS training.
- Collect and audit orientation checklist for clinical staff.
- Provide reporting on key performance indicators to various stakeholders on a regular pre-determined basis.
- Responsible for responding to questions regarding various changes needed within our HRIS.
- Partner with the IT team to integrate data from our HRIS to various other platforms.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally and autonomously with various departments.
- Automate HR reporting when needed.
- Have attention to detail.
- General HR compliance knowledge is a plus.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR platforms.
- Audit and make recommendations to improve HR workflows through data-driven insights
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of organizational information.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.

REQUIRED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field required.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data management required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- SharePoint, Power BI, and Cognito experience are preferred.
- Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
