Apryse is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to strengthen employee-lifecycle delivery, global leave and benefits operations, and HRIS data quality. The role combines hands-on ownership with the ability to redesign workflows and implement practical automation across HR and partner systems.
You will manage onboarding, changes, and exits across jurisdictions, build dashboards, ensure compliance, and partner with IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to drive continuous improvements.
