Job Description

Our client is seeking an early-career Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce development. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting business objectives while fostering a positive employee experience and high-performing workplace culture.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HRBP-related roles.

Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR information systems (HRIS).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to work onsite in El Paso and support multiple shifts as needed. Previous HR experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience partnering directly with frontline supervisors and plant leadership.

Knowledge of employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning initiatives.

Domestic mobility required; international mobility experience is a plus.

Experience leading DE&I, employee engagement, or community outreach programs.
