Join us as a Summer 2027 Talent Attraction Intern in Nashville, Tennessee and gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting initiatives, employer branding efforts, candidate engagement, and talent attraction strategies within a Fortune 500 company. You'll partner with experienced Talent Attraction and HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that will help launch your career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Whatwill you do:
- Support talent attraction and recruiting activities by coordinating candidate communications, assisting with interview scheduling, and helping maintain recruiting processes
- Partner with the Talent Attraction team on employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting activities, career events, and candidate engagement efforts
- Assist with employee engagement programs, special events, and communications that enhance the employee and candidate experience
- Contribute to process improvement projects, reporting activities, and day-to-day HR and recruiting operations
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences
- High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm in a collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work, internship, leadership, volunteer, or campus involvement experience is a plus
- Interest in recruiting, employer branding, talent attraction, or Human Resources
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful people-focused initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting talent attraction, recruiting, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Exposure to real-world projects and process improvement efforts within a global Fortune 500 company

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23.00-$27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
