Digital Marketing Manager
Role Overview
D4C Dental Brands is a dental services organization with 60 distinct brands and over 200 locations across ten states. The corporate marketing team serves as an agency, providing advertising, communication and data reports to office teams and regional leadership. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to scale paid media efforts across Google Ads (PPC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Tik Tok.
This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who is equally comfortable launching campaigns, optimizing funnels, managing marketing technology, and translating data into clear business insights.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing:
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads. - Budgeting & Performance Targets:
Help with budgets, pacing, bids, and performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV). - Testing Roadmaps:
Help with developing testing roadmaps for ad creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages. - Platform Updates:
Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and emerging ad formats.
- Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform-native reporting.
- Monitor and report on KPIs weekly and monthly with actionable insights.
- Ensure accurate tracking of conversions, events, pixels, and server-side tagging where applicable.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities across traffic, UX, and messaging.
- Maintain the paid media tech stack (tracking, attribution, feeds, integrations).
- Collaborate with team members on pixel implementation, data Layer events, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate and recommend tools to improve performance, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Manage and deploy Word Press updates related to landing pages, forms, tags, site performance and user experience.
- Coordinate A/B testing for landing pages and conversion flows.
- Ensure site updates align with paid media objectives and tracking requirements.
- Partner with creative teams to guide ad concepts, formats, and performance-driven messaging.
- Work with leadership to align paid media strategy with revenue and growth goals.
- Coordinate with SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Tik Tok Ads at scale.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization frameworks.
- Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and ad platform analytics.
- Working knowledge of Word Press, including page updates and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with lead generation funnels.
- Familiarity with server-side tracking, enhanced conversions, and privacy-first measurement.
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare) a plus.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Agency or high-growth in-house experience.
