- Job Purpose
This position reports to Program and Project Management. The position of Project Coordinator requires an innovative, enthusiastic, and organized individual who is technically competent regarding VoIP services. Knowledge of systems, procedures, and processes (design, provisioning, pricing, order entry, and billing) in support of VoIP services is critical. This individual will act as a liaison between the client's various business units. This position involves independent decision making in forecasting monthly the phone, network devices, and license needs after reviewing and estimating the client's schedule.
Also involved is an analysis of the AR/budget process quarterly. The successful execution of the position of Project Coordinator will result in a high degree of customer satisfaction, which will advance the position of the entire business sales process and CBTS as a whole. - Essential Functions
- Responsible for overall project coordination including ensuring project meets budget and time constraints - 35%
- Assuring proper ordering, contract, and installation coordination for Managed VoIP services - 30%
- Acting as first-level customer support for voice implementations - 10%
- Develop and maintain product/service expertise - 10%
- Enhance existing order and escalation procedures - 10%
- Providing both pre and post-sales support - 5%
- Experience
2 to 3 years of experience Customer Service CBTS Voice/Data Sales and Support Project Management
- Education
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic Telephony knowledge;
Excellent customer contact and service skills;
Strong organization skills; focus on attention to detail and follow-up;
Strong planning and project management skills;
Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of CBTS ordering and billing systems;
Proficient skills in Word and Excel;
Ability to thrive in a busy and flexible environment;
Ability to work with a high level of independence;
Excellent time management and critical problem-solving skills
