Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager in Franklin, TN.
Job DescriptionCollaborate with global and regional digital teams to develop and execute the regional Logistics digital transformation strategy. Execute the complete project lifecycle following GSC project methodologies and tools including iProject. Conduct comprehensive resource planning and risk mitigation, while applying adoption of change principles. Assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks, and develop training programs to support the transition. Prepare project governance, communication and lead project gate reviews with sponsors and stakeholders.
Orchestrate and support programs and projects which may include:
- GCS Digital Programs including Last Mile and Lean Office;
- Evolution of the Logistics Control Towers using the Aveva platform;
- Implement DC Digital Twins exploring Augmented reality Extended XR and VR;
- Introduction of AI into Control Towers;
- Automate Logistics System Monitoring.
Plan and support recruitment of future digital talents and upskill the current team’s digital acumen to create a network of Logistics CoMET Digital Experts. Establish and animate regional program Governance and Communications with internal stakeholders including the definition of business requirements. Remote eligible up to 3 days/wk.
Requirements- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Progressive, post-bachelor’s experience (5 years with Master’s or 7 years with Bachelor’s) in digital supply chain program management or related occupation.
- Experience supporting master data, configuration and ERP integration using SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle.
- Drafting clear business case summaries validated with relevant departments (e.g., Finance) to justify spending, assess scenarios, and guide business decisions.
- Using AI, Power BI, Cloud, ERP, IIOT, and RPA to improve processes.
- Program Management including cost reduction, service optimization, and operation optimization.
- Process Improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S.
- Data Analytics using Power BI or Tableau to simplify complex data for critical business decisions.
The compensation range for this full‑time position is $139,651 – $178,000 per year, based on performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Short‑term incentive compensation may also be provided.
