The Endpoint Administrator I position exists to influence this generation to love and follow Jesus through culturally relevant media. This role handles tier 1 tickets with in-depth knowledge of the ticketing and workflow tracking systems, works on all non-infrastructure client endpoints (computers, printers, phones, cameras, etc.), and handles endpoint level projects to improve systems, network security and applications. The candidate must be self‑motivated, work with little supervision, have high integrity, excellent oral and written communication skills, and complete tasks with excellence.

The position is 3 workdays in office and 2 remote workdays per week. During the 60‑day training phase, all workdays will be in office.

• Break/Fix, triage, and/or elevate all tier 1 tickets.
• Work on improving and making ticketing system more efficient.

• Work on all non-infrastructure client endpoints.
• Fix computers, printers, phones, IoT, applications, etc.

• Handle configurations within Intune and JAMF Pro.
• Handle application catalogs and O365 and other app licensing.

• Work on assigned endpoint level project work.

• Committed to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Grounded spiritually and biblically literate.
• Comfortable praying for co‑workers in team meetings, leading spoken prayer, and participating in ministry prayer meetings and Bible studies.
• Live Christian principles defined by the ministry’s Statement of Faith & Biblical Beliefs.
• Participate in on‑air fundraisers and pray for donors as needed.
• Passion for leveraging the HMG’s media platforms for evangelism and discipleship.
• Exhibit a strong moral character.
• Active member of a Bible believing local church.

• 2‑year degree and/or certifications in CIS or related field preferred.
• CompTIA, CISSP, GIAC, or Microsoft certification(s) preferred.

• 2 years of endpoint experience preferred.
• Customer support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot endpoint level technology issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple, and Android operating systems.
• Knowledge of printing, TCP/IP, VoIP and cloud computing interfaces and protocols.
• Knowledge of ticketing and centralized management and workflow systems.
• Knowledge of desk phones, mobile phones, and printers.
• Knowledge of application installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Azure, Office 365, and AWS experience.
• Experience or knowledge of Dev Ops best practices.
• Automation skills.
• Bash, Z‑Shell, Power Shell or Python scripting ability.
• CSS, HTML, XML, JSON.
• Windows Server, Windows client, Apple MacOS, Apple iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager & Microsoft Configuration Manager.
• Apple Business Manager.

• Ability to work tickets and projects with little supervision with efficiency and high integrity.
