Are you a technically sharp IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships along the way? We are looking for an End User Services Support Technician to join a growing healthcare technology company in Franklin, TN.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing end user support across Windows and Mac environments
- Managing and resolving Service Desk tickets through Remedy force
- Supporting M365/Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Group Policy/MDM
- Handling patch maintenance, hardware and software updates, and system documentation
- Delivering remote support via Beyond Trust (Bomgar)
- Providing white-glove support for C-level executives and VIPs
- Building strong relationships with internal clients and team members
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Experience with Active Directory, M365/Office 365, and Windows Group Policy/MDM
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Remedy force or similar)
- Clear, professional communication - written and verbal
- A great attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users with patience and clarity
- Work directly alongside IT leadership - real mentorship and exposure from day one
- A manager who genuinely invests in his team and creates space for growth

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
