About this Job:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Level Talent Acquisition System Specialist to add to our growing Talent Acquisition Operations Team. In this role you will be the right hand to our Program Manager assisting with the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and user support within our iCIMS applicant tracking platform.
This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for an aspiring HR Tech Professional to gain hands‑on experience in iCIMS administration, configuration, and system optimization in the healthcare market.
This Job does require a Hybrid Work Schedule. 3 days in office (Tuesdays are Mandatory) in our brand-new Office in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs).

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Tier 1 Ticket Resolution: Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming support tickets from recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership regarding iCIMS functionality
- User Management: Handle basic system administration tasks including creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and adjusting user group permissions.
- Data integrity and Maintenance: Assist in regular data audits, profile clean‑ups, and routine system maintenance to ensure high data quality within the platform.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve simple configuration, errors, login issues, and workflow issues with our users.
- Special Projects: Partner with Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Operations team on large initiatives, such as feature roll outs, dashboard design, optimization efforts, process improvement efforts, and configuration changes.

QualificationsExperience and Skills:
- At least 2‑3 years’ experience in Healthcare Talent Acquisition or HR.
- iCIMS Exposure:
Prior usage of iCIMS (as a recruiter, coordinator, or hiring manager) STRONGLY preferred, but experience with other Applicant Tracking Systems will be considered. - Strong Customer Service
Skills:
This is a tech role, but customer service is a large part of this role. You must have the ability to present information confidently and clearly to our users. - Problem Solving
Skills:
A logical approach to diagnosing issues and a keen eye for detail. - Organized & Adaptable:
Ability to manage a steady queue of support tickets while staying organized and prioritizing tasks effectively.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/
CERTIFICATIONS:
- iCIMS System Admin Certification a plus but not required.
