We are looking for a Technology Manager to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of mobile applications and consumer‑facing digital platforms. The role owns execution across product, architecture, engineering, and vendor ecosystem to drive customer experience, platform scalability, and operational excellence.
A Day in the Life Leadership & Team Management- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Solution Architects, ensuring accountability for mobile and consumer platform outcomes.
- Drive alignment across Product, UX, and Engineering to deliver high‑quality mobile‑first customer experiences.
- Manage vendor strategy for engineering delivery, ensuring quality, velocity, and adherence to architecture standards.
- Lead mobile app delivery (iOS/Android) including release cycles, app store deployment, and performance optimization.
- Ensure delivery of high‑availability, scalable, consumer‑facing applications with a focus on latency, reliability, and user experience.
- Own end‑to‑end technology delivery, from planning through production release and post‑launch stabilization.
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery execution across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Vendor teams.
- Translate product roadmaps and priorities into integrated delivery plans, managing dependencies and sequencing across teams.
- Drive release planning, readiness, and execution, ensuring all technical, security, infrastructure, and operational prerequisites are met.
- Proactively manage and resolve delivery risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies, escalating when necessary.
- Operate within a SAFe‑aligned delivery model, supporting Program Increment (PI) planning, execution tracking, and alignment to program objectives.
- Ensure teams are aligned to PI goals, sprint commitments, and delivery milestones.
- Promote consistent Agile and SAFe practices across teams to improve predictability, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive predictability and throughput by improving velocity, release cadence, and dependency management across teams.
- Provide clear and regular status reporting on delivery progress, risks, and release readiness to leadership.
- Ensure completion of required architecture reviews, security approvals, and operational sign‑offs.
- Support financial governance, including budget planning, forecasting, and vendor spend tracking.
- Establish and maintain delivery governance, communication cadences, and documentation standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology product development, with a strong focus on mobile app engineering and delivery (iOS/Android).
- Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end mobile app delivery at scale, including architecture, development, release, and support.
- Proven track record delivering consumer‑facing digital products with measurable business impact.
- Experience operating in complex, multi‑team delivery environments with high dependency management.
- Proven experience delivering technological solutions across Product Management, UX, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations, and external vendors and global teams.
- Experience leading mobile app ecosystems at scale, including analytics, performance tuning, and user behavior insights.
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management for mobile platforms.
- Understanding of app store compliance, versioning, and deployment governance.
- Experience with customer identity, personalization, or connected services platforms.
